ArcGIS for Local Government tool designed to be published as a geoprocessing service consumed by the ArcGIS for Local Government Public Safety Common Operational Picture (COP) application. When used with this application, this tool identifies the nearest weather station to a location. The current wind conditions from this weather station are used to estimate the impact area of the incident.
This tool is not designed to work outside the Public Safety COP application.
